These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jody Saputra ("Calura," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Calura mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using Calura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App

1. Who can use Calura

You must be at least 18 years old to use Calura. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

2. Health disclaimer — please read

Calura is a wellness and calorie-tracking tool for general informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, or lifestyle — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder or history of one, or have any medical condition.
• Calorie targets, macros, cycle-based tips, "Body Signals," and workout suggestions are general guidance and may not be appropriate for you.
• Do not use Calura to set extreme or unsafe goals. If you experience pain, dizziness, or distress, stop and seek medical help.
• You are responsible for how you use the information the App provides.

3. AI features and estimates

Some features use AI to estimate the calories and nutrition of meals from photos or descriptions, and to suggest workout plans. These are automated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review and adjust them before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

4. Your account

If you create an account using Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for activity under your account. You may also use the App in local-only mode. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings → Delete account.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and free trials

Calura offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Calura Pro") that unlock premium features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Free trial (if offered): If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the stated price.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, or yearly, as selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
